We have a user using Lotus Notes 8.5.1 who is on Citrix 5.0 that has three work related addresses going straight to her Junk Folder. I have checked the 'Block mail from sender list' and it is not on there nor is anything even close to the domain is on there. I have tried setting a rule up to force it that way and actually placed it as the first rule within the database but still not working. They are still going to her Junk Folder.
Anyone else have this issue or any other ideas?
